The Housewife Assassin's Bloody Valentine...
"What a girl won’t do for her country. Donna Stone works for the black ops organization known as Acme Industries. Her mission is to break out one of Mexico's biggest drug runners out of a notorious prison in Mexico. This was my first time reading this author. The story had lots of humor and was part of an ongoing series but I didn’t feel to lost not having read the first book." --Bitch Can Write a Book
"I thoroughly enjoyed Donna and Jack, their zeal for their missions and each other. James Bond doesn’t have anything on these two. Very entertaining." -- Sandy M., The Good, the Bad, and the Unread
"After reading this fantastic story, I immediately checked out Ms. Brown’s website to see what else she has written. I was so excited to see there is another Housewife Assassin book!! I will be reading it next. I am in love with the main characters. And what an interesting twist at the end." -- Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews
"My first thought upon beginning this story is that this author is uber smart. The premise of this story is that Donna, a female Undercover operative, is going to help a drug smuggler break out of prison, where he will be freed, hand over all his knowledge, and live in witness protection for the rest of his life. Donna of course wants to help break up the ring, but her real motivation is personal. This ring of a**holes was responsible for taking her husband from her and her children five years ago. Instead of the traditional revenge, she is making it her sole mission pull the group out from the root and make sure it never grows back. Things of course, do not quite go as originally planned...This story has a MEGA MAJOR twist. I was very impressed by it over all. I give it 4.50 stars." -- Seductive Musings

"Another first for me, reading Josie Brown. I thoroughly enjoyed Donna and Jack, their zeal for their missions and each other.
Donna and Jack are in the process of liberating a prisoner from a Mexican prison – on Valentine’s Day. So they have some very nice plans to get to after they’ve accomplished their goal. Of course, those plans go awry at every opportunity. I kept grinning at how they come up with a Plan B whenever something does go wrong. James Bond doesn’t have anything on these two. Even when their prisoner gets only “halfway” to their destination, nothing deters them from finding the answers they need.
I’m going to be checking out the Housewife Assassin series by Ms. Brown. Very entertaining, and I’m now curious about these two characters." -- Sandy M., The Good, the Bad, and the Unread
